RMA

 
Return Material Authorization (RMA) may be obtained by completing the following Online RMA Request Form below. All fields of the RMA form must be completed in order to submit the form. All of our equipment has a TelExpress serial number which must be provided with your RMA request. Serial numbers are designated by a white sticker located on the actual piece of equipment containing six digits. After the RMA form has been approved, Telexpress will respond with your RMA number and instructions for returning the product(s).
 
Please note that submitting this form online is the initial start of your RMA Authorization process. Your response will not be immediate. You must wait for an approved response with an assigned RMA number from TelExpress before you can return the goods in question.

Equipment Parts - Reason for Return
Please complete the following information regarding the piece(s) of equipment you are requesting an RMA for. A TelExpress serial number MUST be provided on any equipment that is to be returned. If you are requesting an RMA from more than one Purchase Order, please submit a separate form for each PO. If you need additional space in the fields below, please use the next line.

 Description:

 

If material is found defective within warranty period, TelExpress will send a replacement of equal value, subject to availability. If replacement is not available, then TelExpress will issue credit. Unauthorized material or quantities returned will not be accepted. Items must be sent in original packaging. If items are received in original manufacture’s boxes, boxes must be returned unopened. No boxes will be accepted if there is writing on the packaging.

Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance of your return by TelExpress Inc.
If any of the following is determined upon arrival in our warehouse, TelExpress reserves the right to refuse shipment:
1) Product was not purchased direct from TelExpress
2) Serial number sticker has been removed and / or visibly tampered with
3) Product does not arrive in the specified time line given after RMA was issued you.
In addition, if no problems are detected upon arrival of your returned item(s), you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
